By creating an account or using FitPlan ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FitPlan is a fitness and nutrition tracking application that provides workout plans, food logging, progress tracking, and AI-powered recommendations. Some features require a paid Premium subscription.
The Service is provided "as is." FitPlan is a fitness tool and is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or diet program.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
FitPlan offers a free plan and a Premium plan at $2.99 per month. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize FitPlan to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into FitPlan (workout logs, food entries, profile information). By using the Service, you grant FitPlan a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FitPlan does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
